TRANSFER BOOKING
Select the place of departure in the "From" field, and your destination point in the "To" field. You can choose the airport, train station, city or hotel you are looking for from the drop-down menu or either enter the specific address of the place. Click the button "Get Offers" and the search will begin. Choose between the available options and click "Book" to proceed to the booking.
If your pick-up point is an airport or railway station, we suggest to mention your flight arrival time as the beginning time of your transfer. In this way, the driver can more easily organize all details of your transfer. In case you are notified about a change of arrival time, please let us know so we can also inform the driver.
If your pick-up point is a hotel and your desired destination an airport, then it is recommended to mention the time you need to be met at the reception. When calculating the departure time, you should take into account to have a time margin of 3 hours for airport check-in and travel time. The approximate time needed for an airport transfer is mentioned on the booking page.
The duration of your transfer is mentioned on our website and in your booking confirmation. The time mentioned is approximately calculated and can vary of course depending on the traffic, time and date of transfer, public holidays etc. Please, if there is need to make changes in your booking, consider making them in advance, in order to ensure a well-organized transfer.
When booking a transfer from the airport, you need to specify your flight number with both letter and numeral parts. For example, BA1326 is a full flight number, whereas only 1326 is incomplete. If you provide an incorrect flight number, our driver will not be able to meet you at the airport on time.
When organizing your transfer, it is always best to act in advance. Book your transfer with Taxi Mover at least two to three hours prior to your pick-up time, in order to get as many offers as possible by Taxi Movers drivers.
Either the exact address of your destination or the name of the hotel you are staying are required at this point. The address of a hotel is usually mentioned on the booking voucher of your reservation.
If you know the details of your return, you can book it along with your initial transfer. To do so, specify the date and time of the return transfer in the special field of the booking form. If the route of the return transfer is different from the initial transfer, you have to make two different reservations.

TaxiMover makes it easy for you. You know the price of your transfer in advance and you can make the full payment online, in the currency of your preference. All payments are made even before your route, so under no circumstances should any extra fees or hidden costs arise.
Your card will be charged in one of 2 currencies: dollars or euros. Currency of payment is specified on the right side, where you select a payment option. Currency exchange rate depends on your bank and can vary.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Discover. This payment systems provide the safety of money transfers according to international standards. Data is entered on a secure page, which is a payment gateway. This guarantees the safety of your data and money transfer.

When booking a transfer from the airport to the city, the price already includes one hour of waiting after the scheduled arrival time. If your flight has a delay for less than 60 minutes, the driver will monitor it and arrive by the time of landing. If you learn about a longer flight delay, please inform the driver as soon as possible by calling one of the phone numbers sent to your email.
If you book a transfer from the hotel, the price includes 15 minutes of waiting from the time stated in the order.
All prices displayed on the website are provided per car. The price does not depend on the number of passengers within the car capacity. Maximum capacity of a car is specified for each class.
TaxiMover transfer price does not depend on weekends and time of the day. At any date whatsoever, TaxiMover cars can be available at your service. Check though the minimum pre-order time a booking has to be made.

MEETING DRIVER
Our driver will meet you outside his car with a sign carrying your name.
If your pick-up point is an airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals area or at the special meeting point, mentioned on the confirmation mail received upon your booking.
If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will meet you at the hotel reception. Meet-up details are mentioned in the confirmation mail.
A day before the transfer, you will be sent your driver’s phone number via email, as well as via SMS on the phone number specified when booking the transfer.
Please, call or text the driver on the occasion that your flight is delayed for more than half an hour or postponed to another time, as well as if baggage claim at the airport takes more time than usual.
When booking with TaxiMover, there is no need to worry any more about your transfer. The driver is guaranteed to meet you at the arranged pick-up point. If anything comes up, the driver has your number, so please, keep your phone switched on, so as he can get in touch with you.
Our drivers are all local professionals that know the region very well. They all speak English. TaxiMover will try its best to find a driver who speaks your language, but we cannot always guarantee that the driver would speak a particular language besides English. However, the driver will have all important information about the route and details of your transfer, which helps avoiding any communication with the driver or problems arising from the language barrier.
If you have not found your driver, please check the names on the signs once more. In case your name does not appear on any sign, try to contact the driver via the phone.
On the rare occasion that your drive does not eventually show up, Taxi Mover will fully refund you.
If your flight arrives much earlier, your driver will not probably be at the meeting point yet. Please wait for the driver at the exit of the arrivals area. In any case, our drivers are advised to monitor your flight in order to organize to arrive there even before the scheduled meeting time, to avoid any delays.
You can always contact the driver by phone or via SMS in case you have arrived much earlier than scheduled, in order to speed up your meeting at the airport.
Please, remember not to leave the airport with local taxi service, as, in this case we will not be able to refund you.
Transfer Conditions
Regardless of age, every child is considered a passenger, so take it into account when entering the number of passengers in your booking. Also, please remember to mention the type of child seats you need.
Yes, child seats are required. Safety of children transportation is regulated by law. If you don't book a child seat, the driver has a right to refuse to provide the transfer.

Each car has its own capacity which is displayed on the website.
A standard piece of baggage is considered a bag or a suitcase whose length, width, and height do not exceed 158 cm. Hand luggage can be placed in the car.
On the occasion that you are travelling with bulky baggage (for example, skis or snowboards, bikes, prams, wheelchairs, big suitcases, golf clubs etc.), please remember to mention it on the booking form provided as an extra service.
When booking your transfer, you agree to a specific route depending on which the price is set and paid in advance. In case you need a small stop, you can of course request it from the driver. However, changing the route or making long stops cannot be offered, as the price paid corresponds to a specific transfer from and to the set destination and without extra stops or detours.
Transportation of animals is regulated by the legislation. Any animal should be transported in a portable carrier and passengers should have the pets’ medical certificates along. Please, remember to mention that you are travelling with a pet when filling any special requirements in your booking.
Changes, Cancellation, and Refund
By entering in your personal account, at least 24 hours before the transfer, you can make changes in your booking details. Otherwise, you can also contact the support team, again at least 24 hours before your transfer.

If the cancellation is made up to 48 hours prior to the transfer, you are entitled to a full refund.
Ιn case of an urgent cancellation, that is within the last 24 hours before the transfer, we will not be able to refund you.
If your booking was cancelled more than 24 hours before the transfer, your payment will be refunded within 5-6 bank days.
